Hello @DJM2022
If your notebook works without problems, you do not need to install the Bios update!
Kind regards

Hi UB6424
I received the notification that this patch was available, but before installing I checked out what it was for and saw like you indicated that it was to address Battery Low Temperature Alert. I have never had that problem, so I was wondering if I really needed to apply the patch or not, and if I do are there any issues with installing it?
Appreciate your feedback. DJM2022

Ub6424 - I was getting ready to install it thinking it was required, but then when I googled it it seemed to be for a problem that I have not encountered. At that point I decided to post it to the HP community, which I probably should have done in the first place. Really appreciate the prompt feedback. Thanks, DJM2022
