HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F53AV)

I have had an HP Pavilion 15 for four years, No issues. Two days ago I tried to get into my bank's site. When I got to the area which I usually would put in my ID and Password , it did not have a spot to enter it. So I could not enter anything and could go no further. Have no idea what to do. Called my bank and they think it is my laptop. I have not made any other changes.

I can use a Kindle and cellphone and can get in but not my laptop. It seems like there is something that my laptop is not allowing me to go any further.  Weird.  All other sites I can get into. I have tried both Edge and Google without success. 

Any ideas. Much appreciated if someone can help.

Could be due to web browser. I know Firefox and Chrome updated their browsers recently. Please try a different browser to see how you go.

Thanks for trying.  I tried Yahoo, Google, Edge, without success, If I use Google on my Kindle , I can get through.  I am still lost.

Must be something from your Bank. What is the error message ? Could be due to cookies but why all browsers is a mystery . Please clear all cookies and/or browser history the try again (just your normal browser first).

Still having an issue but I noticed that once in a while when I tried to access the account I saw a small message in TBE lower left side that said Java Script error? Maybe that is an issue?
