Hello. My laptop was not working and sent it back for repair. I got the laptop back but it turned on and my data was gone then after using i shut down laptop and again after 1 hour i tried to turn it on it is still now showing display...i lost data and still my laptop is not working. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.....this is getting frustrated.

Whenever you send your computer in for repair, back up your data—or if that’s not possible due to the issue, make sure to inform the service and ask them to confirm that they will do it. If the service does back up the data, there’s still a chance that Windows 11 could overwrite it… that’s just how it is.
Data on an SSD is much harder to recover than on a hard drive.
For the future, make sure to back up your data regularly.

Yes, i told them that my laptop is not showing display so i cannot do a backup of my data. They said ok we will look into it about your data. But i lost the data and now laptop is still not working properly. What will be the solution for the laptop now?

I need a new laptop because this one is making my life so frustrating, this is still in warranty please send me a new one and i will send this one back to you...

Wait. The first thing you need to do now is call the service and ask if they backed up your data—that’s really important. If they say they didn’t, then it’s their fault, and since a new system was installed, there’s no way to recover anything on an SSD.

If they do confirm they backed it up, then we’re facing the well-known problem where Windows 11 eats files during updates to push more AI, Copilot, and ads into your system 😄

Be smart, brо—install Windows 10 LTSC or Linux.
