Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, my son is having issues with his laptop. He has already been in touch with HP community for advise. He was advised to master reset his laptop, but the laptop will not let him. He get a blue screeen during the resetting process saying there was an issue plus that is wasn’t reset and no changes were made.

 

Please can can someone help?
