I do not recommend this. This'll force your CPU to use max wattage constantly. This will reduce the lifespan of your device.
My recommendation would be to play lighter games (Titanfall 2 is making me go for now) and along with limit your FPS to 60 (or less). I've not encountered the issue on lighter games, it seems to be an issue with voltage regulation. Just be patient, they have to roll a fix eventually. Don't fry your motherboard just for a few days of fun.
