HP Notebook - 15-ac101tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Notebook - 15-ac101tu suddenty started malfunction. When I open my note book and want to type password I saw it is automatically taking " ppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp" like this. After that when I press " P" it is stop. After some time I saw up and down key stared functioning for minimizing and maximizing web pages. When I press other keys the apps which started with that letter it appears automatically.

Have you tried resetting your laptop to factory to see if the problem has gone away?  I would try that just to see.  Please back up your data before doing this as a factory reset will delete everything in the process.  If the problem stays then your keyboard is most likely the problem and will need replacing.

Almost sounds like your keyboard is malfuncting.  I would try replacing the keyboard to see if the problem goes away. The part number for your keyboard is 824518-DB1

Is it hardware or software related problem?

HP Recommended

This would sound more like a Hardware related problem considering that you are saying that your keyboard is pressing keys randomly.  I would also try opening the on screen keyboard to see if some of the weird things stop.
