Hello Everyone, I'm glad to own this recently purchased laptop. There's one issue for the fix of which I've followed the guide by HP Admin **bleep**V regarding UWP Hotkey Support. Unfortunately it didn't seems to work out as the issue is still persisting even after I've installed the driver and restarted the PC as well. I've also installed CASL Setup given in the link.
Let me breifly explain the issue Im facing.
normally the keyboard is working fine, but as I play game like GTA SA Multiplayer and CounterStrike etc. when I keep my finger on W to move forward for a long period of time ( example : driving a car on motorway ) and spam several buttons at once i.e. holding Spacebar(Sprint) and pressing SHIFT(Jump) in-between. When suddenly I take my hand off the keyboard or unpress a key, it takes some time to detect that i.e. my car/player moves further 2-3 second before it detects the unpress which is creating such a mess in close combats and this delay in response of unpress is making me lose in a silly manner.
Sometimes It don't even detects that I've pressed (W) after the spamming multiple buttons at once, but it is rare.
I conducted this test with the separate USB keyboard and it turned out to be working fine.
Kindly ask me further if there was any missing information in my problem. Here is the link of guide which I've followed.

I also have recorded videos of what I've explained above so kindly ask if there is need.
I don't know how to upload the the Dump File on FTP site as told in the guide above. Kindly Guide.

First off, we have no resources here for analyzing dump files, so there is no point in even trying to send those to us.
Second, you have confirmed the problem is with the laptop keyboard, and it could easily be sticking keys or faulty membrane -- BOTH of which are VERY expensive to replace. The fact that the problem goes away with an external keyboard indicates it is a hardware issue with the laptop keyboard -- something we can not diagnose or fix from here.
If this is still under warranty, you need to contact HP to see about getting the keyboard replaced.
We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.
We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repairs and Service Centers, sales, or legal (i.e., warranty). Nor are we able to contact customers -- via chat, via email, or via telephone.
For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
