This morning both my keyboard and mouse would not connect to my computer. I already tried shutting down, replacing both mouse and keyboard, plugging them in different usb ports (front and back) but nothing will work. I can't log in or do even a factory restore because of this. I have researched everything and exhausted all options. I even tried registering the device here to try and check/install new drivers but it's been stuck on the loading part for over 2 hours. If anyone here has gone through this before, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
