Hi! After cleaning the keyboard gently with a cloth, it stopped working normally.
The power key does not respond.
With the power supply connected, I press any key (except power) and the computer turns on for a couple of seconds and turns off again. However, if I hold down any key the keyboard works normally. I SHOULD NOT RELEASE THE KEY.
I use it in tablet form with an external keyboard and mouse.
I am convinced that when I did this cleaning, I accidentally made a combination of keys which caused the problem.
Private technicians want to change the physical keyboard, which seems absurd to me since the keyboard works perfectly.
I did all the driver tests, deleting and reinstalling through Device Manager but everything remains the same.
It is a good challenge to discover who really knows about technical problems!
