Product: Example: Pavilion 15 notebook PC

Hi, I've just purchased a refurbished pavilion 15 notebook. Several keys, including y, u, I, o and p don't function. Also the cursor moves sporadically and the system seems slow in general...any ideas?

At the very least, you're looking at replacing the keyboard and that will cost you dearly -- likely  more than you paid for it.

 

Seriously -- if you purchased this from a reputable site, send it back and demand a full refund!
