Sir,

   When my laptop on. There was auto select on my last installed software icon.If i will try to open "my pc" it will open the last installed software.

When i bye my laptop then in 3 months the company was changed by motherboard for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issue.For that time i am facing this problem.but in this year it will happen every time when i on my laptop.

Could you connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV and check what happens?

 

Also, you can try updating the BIOS and Graphic card drivers on your laptop. Here is how you can do it-

 

HP Support Assistant Updates - 

1) In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 

2) Check for updates. 

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

  • What happens when you connect the PC to an external monitor?
  • Does the issue persist even in the BIOS screen? Here is how you check-

Tapping the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen is supposed to get you to the menu of options. Then select the F10 option to access the BIOS.
