Hi:
The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
Run the Windows system information app and post the product number of your notebook.
The product number will be found on the System SKU line in the report.

You're very welcome.
That is the product number for Windows, not your notebook.
The Windows system information app is a program.
You can go to the Windows search icon, type System Information (Información del sistema) and the app should appear, then you can run it.
If you still are having issues finding the HP product number of your notebook, below is the link to the service manual.
Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information:
Notebooks with the AMD A9, A6 and A4 processors have two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.
Notebooks with the AMD E2 processor have one memory slot and can support 1 x 8 GB of DDR4 memory.
If your notebook has a 2.5" mechanical hard drive, for a SSD upgrade, you can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.
I recommend one of the Western Digital Blue SA510 2.5" SSD's in a storage capacity that meets your needs and budget.
If your notebook has the 32 GB, 64 GB or 128 GB eMMC flash storage drive, notebooks with those drives cannot support a drive upgrade.
