Hi I recently purchased a zbook for a new business venture and it died today at 2 weeks old! I'm based in the UK and purchased the care package with the machine to have support and now find that there is nobody to speak to at the weekend.
hp zbook 17 G6
Died during boot up and now will not turn on at all and is showing no signs of life. No lights are lit at all to indicate that the power cable is connected.
urgently need a replacement next week due to business commitments. Please can you anyone help!?
