Laptop Driver for Compaq Presario v3000

Hi,

 I have done the fresh installation of windows xp formatting the old disk as it got infected with virus. I could not create any recovery disk due to the same. I am having difficulty finding the drivers for the same as hp discontiued the support.

Could you please help.

Specifically, in device manager, below devices id are not getting installed.

Hi,

Thanks for the links. I have downloaded and tried installing for all the above links provided by you.

 Few of the issues got resolved. However, still wifi is not connecting. It shows limited connectivity. With other laptops i am able to connect. I was able to connect to the same wifi using my laptop also earler.

Please help:

It stays at acquiring ip address for longtime and then shows limited connectivity.

Here are my final suggestions...

First install the msuaa driver and restart the PC.

This package contains the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio. For more information about this driver, see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 888111, "Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio class driver version 1.0a available for Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft Windows 2000."

HPQ0006:  sp38266 should be working.  I downloaded the file with no problems, and it is definitely the file you need for that device.
