Thanks for providing the input.Modem dirvers got installed. However, the audio is still a issue. 

 

COuld you provide the link musaa driver and any other driver that need to installed following it. Please let me know the sequence for the same.

I posted the drivers on my previous post.

 

Install the msuaa driver first, restart the PC then install the Conexant audio driver I posted.

 

This package contains the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio. For more information about this driver, see Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 888111, "Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) High Definition Audio class driver version 1.0a available for Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and Microsoft Windows 2000."

This package contains the driver and user interface for the Conexant High Definition Audio Chip in the supported notebook models and operating systems.

 

If that doesn't get the audio to work, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
