Hello,

I bought a refurbished HP Pavilion Laptop 14 8EX95EA#ABU and I encounter problems.

When I pick it up or move it sometimes it just crashes and turns off automatically without any reason.

I already called the HP support and we did BIOS update + hard drive test but the problem restarted again the day after so I don't think it is linked.

Would you have any idea about the source of the problem and the next steps I should complete?
