Product: 15-bw091ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to start a recovery drive recorded using the HP Cloud recovery tool from a USB, I get an error "This computer is not supported by the recovery media system. Unable to continue recovering this system using these media. Error number 0100-8333-8330" What could be the problem ?

Hi

The problem could be a Hardware change, like a HDD to SSD, or the size of the HDD.

Or it could be the wrong recovery software.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

The above may help out, providing a basic install which you can add all the HP drivers etc later.
