HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-

HI,

My HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14- developed a fan fault and a ticket was raised for warranty repair on 8th August 2025 and subsequently picked up by DPD a couple of days later.

I am now in a position where I am being told by the repair partners that the laptop was lost by DPD and this has been fed in to HP.

Similar to another post, week after week every couple of days I am calling the support number, lost track of which country but definitely India and Tunisia so far and being told time and time again not to worry its being dealt with and they will email you.

Right now, I have heard nothing back from HP about what they are going to do, apart from, they will either replace or refund.  I loved that laptop but following this service i don't know if i even want another HP>

Similar to another post by another user, it's going to be 2 months next week without a very expensive laptop that was sent for warranty repair AND HAS BEEN LOST and nobody from HP will call or email me back.

Support processes and communications are shocking.

Does anyone have an alternative way to actually call HP rather than just the Tech support number?
