Hi,
Thanks for your reply with multiple solutions.
I have followed the below steps in My HP ENVY x360-15-aq267cl Laptop to overcome the Sleep, Hibernate and Shutdown issue
1. Newly Installed the Win10-64Bit Home Edition 1903 v1 Released in May 19. Now the OS Build is "Windows 10 Home 1903 Build 18362.30"
2. Change the Windows Update Services setting to Manual
3. Temporarily disable the Windows10-1903 cumulative updates and intel updates via "Hide Updates troubleshooter package". Even though I have hidden the auto-update of the Intel drive package, the display driver is automatically upgraded. So I have faced the same issue (Sleep mode not recover and The computer does not go into hibernate and Shutdown mode)
3. Then I roll back the VGA Driver and configured the Intel HD VGA Driver Manually (released in Apr2018), not by running the setup file, configured via Device Manager-> update driver
3. Modify the Powe Plan Sleep mode setting as "never" in both Battery and Plugging Mode (for both Display and HardDisk).
4. uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option in Device Manager-> System Devices-> Intel (R) Management Engine Interface Properties
5. After that hibernate and shutdown option is working. But Even I closed the Laptop in Hibernate Mode yesterday (23Jan20), I have faced 100% Battery drained issue Today (24Jan20) morning when I trying to Power-on the Lap. Then I power-on the Laptop in Plugging mode.
6. Now I have installed the latest BIOS (released on 03Jan20), chipset drivers, via HP Support assistant Today. Now I put my Laptop under observation.
I will update you if I face any issue
Thanks
