Hi @Shoeb009,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Notebook - 15 Laptop is restarting again and again, there are several potential causes and solutions you can try. Here are some steps you can follow.

  • Check for software updates: Make sure your laptop is running the latest software updates. Go to the "Settings" menu, click on "Update & Security," and then select "Windows Update" to check for any available updates.
  • Run a virus scan: It's possible that a virus or malware is causing your laptop to restart. Run a full virus scan using your antivirus software to check for any issues.
  • Check for overheating: Overheating can cause a laptop to restart repeatedly. Make sure your laptop is not placed on a soft surface like a bed or sofa cushion, which can block airflow to the fan. Also, try using a cooling pad or stand to keep your laptop cool.
  • Check for hardware issues: If the above solutions don't work, there may be a hardware issue causing the problem. Check if any hardware components like RAM, hard drive, or battery are loose or damaged. It's recommended to seek professional assistance if you're not comfortable opening your laptop.
  • Perform a system restore: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, try performing a system restore to a previous date when your laptop was working fine. This can help undo any recent changes that may have caused the problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
