Hello again. Here's another update about the lagging situation.
I've replaced the laptop with a new one and nothing's changed. Chrome is still lagging, Edge is still lagging; in short, the laptop is lagging as bad as the old one. I'm starting to think that this BIOS update has a massive bug that is causing all of this lagging. I can only hope that this can be fixed soon as possible as school starts in a month and I don't know if I can have a lagging laptop for class.

Hi and thanks for keeping us updated,
**bleep** that sucks to hear. I am in contact with the HP Support team at the moment and i am waiting for an answere. I hope that is fixed in the next update because it is a major issue if every laptop from this series is working like its about to "die".
It is mid summer and i can't do anything to pass my time while home. I will let you know what the outcome with be on my side with the support team. If you have anyting new please let us know. Thanks again.
