Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY 16 laptop has stopped charging around a month after I bought it. I don’t know if it’s the charger or the computer battery since during the test it died. I tried the charger in a similar port and it charged that different device but it won’t charge my computer. I’m concerned since I’m a college student so this really freaking sucks. And I don’t want to waste 75$ on a new charger when that may not even be the problem. What do I do?!
