Hello,
I'm writting to repport a serious incident with my laptop hp 15S-FQ1124NS.
At night, I was awoken by a loud popping sound from the device. I discovered that the battery had become severely swollen, and the room was filled with smoke, creating a significant health and fire hazard.
Although the laptop is currently out of warranty, I believe HP should urgently review this situation due to the potential safety risk associated with your product.
I would appreciate your immediate assistance with the following:
Advice on safe removal and disposal of the swollen battery
Guidance on recovering or backing up the data from the laptop
A formal review of the incident and any support HP can offer, given the hazardous nature of the failure
I am happy to provide photos of the damage, serial number, and any other details you may require.
Please treat this as a priority safety issue and advise on the next steps as soon as possible. I cannot find any customer auplort number.
Kind regards
