Hard Disk test getting failed. After system reccovery too the same test is getting failed. Prompting to run hard disk test in system diagnostcs. F4 is not working. After ESC button the system is running. But again after shut down and restart the same problem.

called HP got my problem figured out. they said that the wrong hard drive was put into my laptop so others with this issue might want to see if they have the right hard drive if not it needs to be replaced with the correct hard drive.

Laptop says SMaRT Hard Disk Error. Please run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics. hard Disk (3F1). F2 System Diagnostics. What do I do with this?
