Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop came with windows 7 ultimate.

last year i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10.

after that windows is not genuine.

it is cracked version.

i upgraded using media creation tool only.

when i bought it,

it came without microsoft office.

i want to find my OEM microsoft office and windows product key

I'm sorry, but to be realistic, you are likely out of luck in both cases.

 

As to the Windows product key, I can provide a link to a utility -- but from my experience, HP laptops only came with Win 7 Home or Pro, not Ultimate.  So, if yours indeed was a cracked version, the product key is used was invalid, and retrieving that was a waste of time.  Plus, HP no longer carries recovery media for the Win7 laptops, so there is nothing you can get from HP that you can use to restore your laptop.  And finally, HP keeps no records of individual product keys associated with individual PCs, so there is nothing we can send you.

 

As to MS Office, HP does not provide that for sale, or as a separate download.  If it did not come preloaded, there is no way not to obtain it.
