My ho laptop will not boot. When I turn it on I get the hp logo and Preparing Automatic Repairs, then Diagnosing your Pc, then at the Automatic Repair Screen:

Your PC did not start correctly

press restart to restart your pc, …

ive gone through advanced options, nothing worked.

ive pressed esc before the reboot started and gone through all the function key commands-even tried downloading the documents to an external hard drive. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
