This is what happens when I turn on my home notebook

The system bios has detected that you notebook PC was put into hibernation or shut down to avoid , the system is now operating normally

Overheating may occur if the cooling vent temperature exceeds the specifications

The notebook PC should return to normal operation once the situation is solved

Enter to start

But the laptop will not stay running long enough to check anything

So I had it checked by a computer guy. He said the fan is working fine but m laptop is toast that he can take out the had dive and remove all my files for me

Is there a way this can be resolved
