Product: Hp ENVY x 360

I’ve just bought this laptop brand new in the beginning of September and now it won’t even turn on unless it’s on the charger and once it’s plugged in it only stays on for 2 minutes tops, I have no clue what to do especially since it’s so new. Any ideas what it could be ?
