Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a  14-dq0052dx. I recently got it, and it was working completely fine until now. The light indicator shows that the laptop is on, but the screen is completely black and it won’t turn on. Any advice to help me turn it back on?
