Operating System: Chrome OS

Light Blinking Chromebook - Not Charging or Turning on. I have light blinking on the left side of the HP Chromebook X360 but it is not turning on. I know I have some sort of battery left over from the previous day and plugged it into a charger but I don’t see a battery indicator light - orange or otherwise. The charger works with another HP Chromebook but not this one. What should I do. I have a HP Chromebook x360.
