My computer isn't working well the last days, so I made a test and the result is:
Long DST Failed
Failure ID: QO81DB-8SFBHG-MFPURG-618903
Product ID: 1KU11UA#ABA
Hard Drive 1

Hi:
The report is indicating the hard drive has failed, needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Since you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
