Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am a computer illiterate teacher who just needs her laptop to work the way it used to.  An update installed and now my computer seems to reboot every night and I "lose" everything.

-my quick access files are all empty, so where I would normally go pull up documents, pictures, etc. there is nothing.

-when I try to click on Onedrive files, it says they've moved.  It seems like maybe to C drive?

-all of the extra fonts that I've installed disappear every night and I have to reinstall them

-when I go down to my little window and pull up apps, they are all there, but when I click on them, they don't do anything.

I don't even know where to begin to try to figure this out, but hopefully someone who knows a little more about computers does.  Please help me!

Unfortunately, this is not a new issue with Win10 Windows Updates.
