My computer restarted and when I went to sign in it had signed me into a temporary account. I then restarted and then signed into my account. It is then I realized all of my files are missing. Everything seems to have restarted. All stored Passwords are gone as well. I did notice the recovery drive is full.

The Recovery drive is supposed to be full -- as that contains the compressed Windows image and HP utilities needed to restore your PC to factory settings -- and has nothing to do whatsoever with your personal settings or files.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
