My notebook will not go on line anymore for some reason. I was going to reinstall the Wondows software but can't find the disk. I have had the Notebook for several years now so the DVD could be anywhere. I was wondering how I could get a copy of my original disk.

I have moved and changed internet providers a couple of times since I registered. So I can't remember the email address and password I registered under.
Thank you for any help you are able to give me.
