Helping a friend whose wife passed, and her computer is giving the low disk space warning. It says ) GB free. It looks like she added the Windows 10 Upgrade folder to it. Should it be there? Can I delete it to free up space? It is on the C drive also, which is where I thought it should be. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi:

Yes, you can delete it, and I also recommend that you run the Windows disk cleanup utility.

When you get to the disk cleanup window, click on the cleanup system files button on the lower left side of the window.

The utility will run again, and when the window reappears, check all of the boxes to delete unnecessary files.

You should be able to reclaim several GB of disk space using that method.
