I just replaced the hard drive in the computer because I believed it had failed. When I ran diagnostics it said.

Memory Quick Check : Failed

Failure ID : UCW3HX-8BB9LO-MFPX7G-409603

Product ID : N9E13UA#ABA

Where do I go from here?

Hi

Are there any flashing LED's to suggest a problem?

Hi,

The error code seems not to be correct. Be careful with the 0 (zero) and O

Is the computer working normally?

Is Windows seeing all the installed RAM?

You say that you performed diagnostics after installing the new drive, was something not working?

Anyway,

I believe your notebook has two memory modules. You could first try reseating them (removing and placing back again), see if it helps. Try only touching the modules on the sides without touching the actual chips.

You could then try one memory at a time in each slot to try to figure out if one of the memory modules or slots is bad.

Naturally, if all is working well, you do not need to perform the above steps.

Hope it helps,
