Memory quick check failure id

Hi Everyone!, I have an hp elitebook 1040 G3 with windows 10 x64bit, I ran the hp diagnostic UEFI because i had a problem with my windows 10, and I ran the hp diagnostic to test my hard drive but it works perfect and I ran de Memory quick check and  under memory test it showed me 

Memory Quick Check : Failed 

With Failure id :

0wu47h-ajmbqu-mfpx7g-40b903

Can someona help me please?

Hi, Gabriel:

That is not good because your notebook's memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be replaced.

In order to fix the problem, a motherboard replacement would be necessary.

I'm not sure it would be worth the cost to have the motherboard replaced.

Wooww, Thankyou very much, I assumed that could be that since as yo mention because the memory in integrated into the motherboard, and when I was trying to logon on windows, I got several blue screen, like system_died, or error memory managements, or Io1 initialization failed, or something like that because I was traying to repair my windows but when I ran the HP PC Hardware diagnostics... first I test the hdd but was passed and when I test a memory quick check,.. not passed and showme the Failure id code mentioned.  Thankyou!

You're very welcome.

It is unfortunate that the memory is not removable, or you could have fixed the problem very easily and cheaply.

Yes, faulty memory causes many blue screen issues.

When you get the memory management blue screen, then you know there is most likely a hardware issue with the memory.
