I am having lot of problems with my notebook and when I run diagnostics, it showed this-
Memory fast test: failed
failure ID: GK284M-97TA5M-XD7W3G-40C203
product ID: 3VN34UA#ABA
memory module 1: bottom-slot (left)
I always trusted HP systems are better than Dell but am disappointed to see this system started having issues within 1 year of purchase. I repaired lot of software and operating system issues for the past year and now these hardware issues started to pop-up!

@LSagi I've managed to decipher the failure ID, and it represents an error with Memory Module 1 Failure, the best way forward is to have the part replaced and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
