Microsoft Tech brought computer to blue screen of death-Can't Find preinstalled WebCam App

Update by Microsoft caused computer problems. Remotely accessed by Microsoft tech who did something that wiped out my computer and brought it to Blue Screen of Death. Over the phone, another tech could not assist in bringing the computer back to previous time computer operated normally. Long story, all the details of what exactly they did and what exactly didn't work, just had to reset and lost everything. Contacted Cyberlink to get YouCam 5 drivers reinstalled. Won't do because it was prepackaged in a "bundled program" specifically for HP prior to their selling the computer. Said it won't reinstall properly from their site. Microsoft tells me to go to HP because out of the goodness of their hearts they will reinstall the bundled package if I "just tell them" that Microsoft tech did it. HP tech wouldn't help and I knew this, even argued with Microsoft that was a stupid idea.

I have tried everything online to find a way to get this program/app back. Since it was originally windows 8, upgraded to 8.1 and later to 10, everything online is either obsolete, won't work, or directions do not apply. Can anyone tell me how to get my YouCam 5 back?
