Hi @Mugesh45,

If your HP EliteBook 840 G3 running Windows 11 is having trouble opening the Microsoft Store, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet and the connection is stable.

  2. Reset the Microsoft Store Cache:

    • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.
  3. Check for Windows Updates:

    • Go to Settings > Windows Update.
    • Click on Check for updates and install any pending updates.
  4. Ensure Date and Time Are Correct:

    • Right-click on the date and time in the taskbar, then select Adjust date and time.
    • Make sure the date, time, and time zone are set correctly.
  5. Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter:

    • Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
    • Run the troubleshooter for Windows Store Apps.
  6. Reinstall the Microsoft Store:

    • Open Windows PowerShell as an administrator.
    • Type or paste the following command and press Enter:
      Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage

    • Then reinstall the Store using this command:
      Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode
