Product: HP Laptop 15-bs0xx

Microsoft scammer has locked my computer by changing the Windows password.  Is there a way to get in there and change the password or some other way to circumvent the unknown password

Does it ask for a Username  and  Password   or for a Startup Password???

asking for a password or pin - I have it set up to use a pin which i beleve the scammer changed as it no longer works.
