Product: Hp Pavilion dm4 2015 dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently istalled win 10 from 7 to my notebook. i went through the device manager and saw that i had two unknown devices without drivers for them; ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004 ACPI\HPQ0004 *HPQ0004,  USB\VID_8087&PID_07D7&REV_0000
USB\VID_8087&PID_07D7 USB\VID_8087&PID_07D7&REV_0000 USB\VID_8087&PID_07D7. Tried updating on;line and through win update with no luck. Any help would be apreciated.

2.  Please try

Worse case you can use

      https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Networking/Adapters/60514-7265.NGWWB.W

or USB dongle

      https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Networking/Adapters/67965-USB-AC53-NANO

Neither one of the two solutions you provided corrected the problem. I've installed three versions of the driver packs and still no change in the unknown devices.
