Hi:

You need this driver for the PCI device...

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

You need this driver for the touchpad/mouse...

This package provides the driver that enables the Synaptics TouchPad in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The driver enables general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface.

Realtec upload worked ,but Synaptic did not it might be for Windows 10 64 bit.

I'm surprised the touchpad driver didn't work.

The HP file indicates it is for 64 bit only, but the file is on your notebook's support page.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81891.html

I downloaded the driver file, used 7-Zip to extract the exe file into a folder, and the release notes indicate that the driver is good for both 32 and 64 bit OS.

There are also 32 bit installation files within the driver file.

I zipped up and attached the Synaptics driver release notes that are within that exe file, below.
