Product: Pavilion 15-cs2010no
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Computer crash sometimes at start. USB not found (there are not in device manager at all), sound not working, camera not working.
Tried to restore windows - got an error report no changes were made.
Tried automatic repair mode - computer crash.
Updated BIOS - no change.
Tried "HP support assistant" - no help.
When i open the device manager I can see that the "Intel (R) Core" units reports an code 19 error as well as "Intel (R) Power Engine Plug-in", Intel (R) Smart sound ...". The USB don't show up at all.
Don't know what the next step would be...
