Product: HP notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My 2020 HP notebook I purchased brand new came with a 64-bit operating system. It now has both 32 bit and 64 bit windows operating system and windows NT. I did not make any changes to the software or hardware until after this occurred and I have tried to recover just the 64-bit operating system and the other Systems repopulate themselves.

Sorry, I've never run into this -- so I have to ask some questions ...
When you boot the PC, are you presented with an OS selection menu that lists these different OSs?
If so, exactly what does is have on the menu for each of the OSs?
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
