Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the best way of maintaining and cleaning my D dri ve as it is almost full. I am wary of removing the wrong files. Can anyone help please.

Are you talking about Recovery drive ? It is ALWAYS almost full by design. Please do NOT store your data/files on it and it will stay almost full for the life of your machine unless you want to remove it.
