This is more of a rant, seeing how I cannot email HP.  This product. HP Laptop  15-bs Oxx

Is the absolute worse laptop/computer I have ever purchased!  It's barely a yr old.  Yet the slowest deviced ever!  It takes minutes upon minutes to load pages. To switch taps. To do anything!  The little blue circle just spins & spins & spins & spins & ,,, well, see my point?  Then the screen goes dark. Then blue circle spins some more. That finally gets ya to the home screen!  And updates!  Don't plan on using the laptop for an hour or more as it updates.  I purchased this device to at some point. Replace my almost 10 yr old Leveno.  Which is still faster than this HP!  Frustrated. To put it mildly.
