Product: HP laptop serial no. 5CG331316X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Suddenly, my HP laptop would not recognise my finger print. Asked for a password. Put in the usual one. Said it was wrong. Went via Microsoft Account changed that password, would still not let me in. How do I get into my Laptop.
