Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs144wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Notebook-15-bs144wm. My notebook is constantly freezing, screen blacks out, takes forever to load up pages. The start up and login screen always has to be logged into 2-3 times, and so slow it's frustrating. What should I do??
