(1) What is the history of the notebook ? What was done before ?
(2) Please explain at what time and where exactly this message appears so that I can reproduce it. Send a picture of the message.

- You might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other component.
- Contact HP to service the computer. The procedure must be performed at an HP authorized service center.
